Two kinds of work: stuff I built from zero with my own P&L, and consumer brand engagements at Bain. Both shaped how I think — but the building came first.

Built a real events business through college

Started hosting parties with promoters I met through music. Brought in three friends, formalised it: event licenses, hotel partnerships, profit shares with party managers, ticket sales. First time earning real money on my own — and learning how a business actually breaks even.

1,600-plus brand database. Sponsorship Executive into Corporate Relations Executive lead. Negotiated and signed MoUs with multinationals. Brought Salim Sulaiman, Zaeden, and KRSNA on stage with college funds and operational discipline.

Lead guitarist who also booked the gigs

Started in school auditoriums, played 10+ venues, opened for headlining local acts at college fests. Beyond the playing — I was the one calling venue managers, talking to fest organisers, finding the stage. Bookings, logistics, the show.

Drove SKU rationalisation and a portfolio shift toward Beans (+21% p.a.), and built shopper partition analyses on household panel data to map true substitution sets.

Five-year P&L diagnostic pinpointed wholesale channel collapse (-36%) and surfaced eczema (+7% p.a.) as the growth pocket, with channel-recovery and margin-protection levers recommended.
