  • Major dairy & yogurt CPG — North America Sized a $12B US yogurt market with a 6–8% growth forecast through 2028 by benchmarking three branded competitors and private label on share, ACV distribution, and velocity to recommend defend / cede / invest moves, with premium Greek and protein flagged as the strongest pockets.
  • Leading European coffee CPG — France, Germany, UK, Spain Delivered EUR 270M cost reduction and EUR 40–60M topline uplift by driving SKU rationalisation and a portfolio shift toward Beans (+21% p.a.) and building shopper partition analyses on household panel data to map true substitution sets.
  • Global consumer health brand — France Explained a 9% revenue decline on a EUR 28M skincare brand by conducting a five-year P&L diagnostic that pinpointed wholesale channel collapse (-36%) and surfaced eczema (+7% p.a.) as the growth pocket, recommending channel-recovery and margin-protection levers.
  • Emerging-market dairy producer — Tanzania Targeted a 3.5× daily sales increase (8kL to 28kL) and a 5–10ppt mix shift to value-added products by building the S&OP model and PMO tracker and supporting the launch of 14 channel initiatives across agents, wholesalers, modern trade, and direct salesforce.
Social impact & sustainability
  • Leading US paediatric hospital system Prioritised community investment across ~50 sub-county geographies in PA and NJ by building a 47-metric community health needs scorecard integrating chronic disease, mental health, food insecurity, and Child Opportunity Index data with the hospital's programme inventory.
  • World Economic Forum — Sustainable Rice + First Movers Coalition for Food Framed the low-carbon rice transition case for Thailand and Vietnam by building rice sector factbases on production, yield gaps, emissions, and export economics, and separately benchmarked FMCG and agri-commodity members on Scope 3, regenerative agriculture, and deforestation progress against 2030 targets.

  • National water utility — Saudi Arabia Authored the strategy proposal for an AI-enabled customer care transformation covering chatbot, callbot, and AI search use cases, benchmarked against global utility deployments and aligned to Vision 2030.
